Chelsea wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn, full priced merchandise with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Exchange, in-store, or online credit ONLY. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Items bought on-line can be returned through mail or taken to the store to be returned.
Orders can only be returned with an RA number. Please fill out the form below or email Chelsea's Boutique your name, order ID number, style number, and reason for return to:
